The following projects were awarded grants
in September 2011
No.2636: St. Damiano Medical Centre,
Bundoma, Kenya was awarded a grant of 7,000 for the
purchase of a Generator.
No. 2649: A grant of 5,000 was approved for the purchase of
furniture for a new library and training room at the St Francis Family
Helper Programme, Mbarara, Uganda.
No. 2651: 5,000 was agreed for the building of three classrooms
for the D Foundation Academy, Sarnath, Varanasi, India.
No. 2654: St. Marys Middle School, Orikottai, Tamil Nadu, India
was awarded a grant of 7,000 for the provision of sanitary
facilities and security fencing of the school area.
No. 2655: A grant of 3,000 was awarded for the purchase of
school furniture at Kombolcha School, Ethiopia.
No. 2657: The application of the Little Flower Orphanage, Kerala,
India for a Water Harvesting project was approved for a grant of
5,000.
No. 2659: A grant of 7,000 was approved for A-Z Childrens
Charity for a sanitation project at the Health Centre, Nansana,
Uganda.
No. 2661: The sum of 5,000 was agreed for the provision of new
classrooms at the Nursery School, Loa, South Sudan.
No. 2664: 5,000 was approved for the sinking of a borehole and
installation of a pump at Maji, Matitu Secondary School, Tanzania.

No. 2665: The new Kaceme Musuma Orphanage, Kasame, Zambia was
approved for a grant of 2,500 for the construction of a water
tank.
No. 2667: A grant of 7,000 was agreed for the construction of a
kitchen block at St. Anthony and St. John de Britto School, Tamil Nadu,
India.
No. 2668: 6,000 was approved for the purchase of water tanks for
a clean water harvesting system at Ibanda Hospital, Uganda.
