160 Traditional Birth Attendants were provided with training to ensure safe and hygienic Pre and Postnatal care in Pakistan. The effects of the training are:

• Improved mother and child health
• Healthier children will be born
• Mortality rate will decrease through proper and hygienically clean care during delivery.

The grant for the project was € 5,500.
