The following projects were awarded grants
in March 2009
No. 2435 - €10,000 was granted for the renovation of a Mental
Health Clinic at Ayacucho in Peru.
No. 2437 - A grant of €9,500 was approved for a Water and
Sanitation Project in Sierra Leone.
No. 2438 - St. Bruno Sserunkuuma Secondary School, Masaka, Uganda
was awarded a grant of €8,000 for the provision of school
furniture.
No. 2439 - €7,000 was approved for a HIV/AIDS Project in Kumbo,
Cameroon.
No. 2440 - Barpello High School, East Pokot, Kenya was awarded
€8,000 for an educational project
No. 2441 - €10,000 was approved for the construction of a
classroom block at a school in Meru, Kenya. (Picture below).

No. 2442 - A grant of €10,000 was awarded for the purchase of
Medical Equipment for a Health Centre at Kereita, Nairobi, Kenya.
No. 2443 - The purchase and installation of Solar Power for staff houses
at a school in Madziabango, Malawi was agreed at a cost of
€8,000.
No. 2444 - €8,000 was provided for the construction of three
Classrooms at a Primary School in Nepal.
No. 2445 - A Primary School in Tanzania was granted €7,000
for the construction of three Classrooms.
No. 2446 - The construction of Cereal Banks in 9 villages in Kaduna,
Nigeria was approved at a cost of €9,500.
No. 2447 - €10,000 was agreed for the construction of a Family
Support Centre, in Lima, Peru.
